Who We Are
“These are just kids, regular kids, living in conditions that America has long forgotten.”
-Lani Orosco, Missions for Orphans Co-founder
Missions For Orphans
In 2008 while on a humanitarian mission in Kenya, Coney Orosco, Co-founder of Missions for Orphans, went to a Bondo, Kenya to build a dormitory for Foundation Stone Orphanage. Visiting Barkowino Primary, the local school, the headmaster brought to their attention a little girl. She had a bladder exstrophy. When noticing that she needed immediate medical care, it came to him that there were so many common medical needs that were not being tended to because of lack of assistance and lack of finances. This is when Missions for Orphans was founded.  Missions for Orphans is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All Donations are tax deductible.
Missions for Orphans are first providing their services in Kipsaina, outside of Kitale, owning and operating a boys home in Kipsaina,  helping surrounding villages, building and operating preschools in Pokot villages, and hoping to spread to other areas,  and eventually throughout Trans Nzoia, Rift Valley.
100% of your donations go directly to these programs and are tax deductible.
